Orders
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods described on this site for the price as specified on Rent@scent's price list. Your order must contain your name, address, email address credit card details and any other information specified on this site. You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted even if Rent@scent's decision whether to accept or reject your offer is still pending. No undertaking is given as to the availability of the goods advertised on this site. Goods will be delivered in accordance with Rent@scent's shipping policy published on this site. Title will pass once payment has been received but risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch. Prices are exclusive of goods and services tax and exclusive of taxes duties and charges imposed or levied in Australia or overseas in connection with the supply of goods. Postage and handling charges are additional. Payment must be effected in accordance with Rent@scent's payment policy posted on this site.

Cancellation due to error
You acknowledge that despite Rent@scent's reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or oversight. In these circumstances Rent@scent reserves the right prior to delivery to you to cancel the transaction even though your offer may have been confirmed; should your credit card already have been charged, Rent@scent will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to reverse such charge.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
